All Motor Vehicle reports are subject to review by our Safety Department who will approve or deny all applicants. 

You must complete the application completely. 

Incomplete applications will be sent one (1) email requesting the application be updated and completed.

Once your completed application is received it will be reviewed, and checked to ensure the minimum amount work history as been disclosed. and other items of interest.

You must fully disclose information regarding your Driving record and background. A full and completed application includes signed by you permission to obtain your driving record, and criminal background if any. 

All of this information must match. If it does not match your application will no longer be considered.

Criminal background and conviction information is considered on a case by case basis by our Safety department.

You will be expected to drive for Heniff or one of the affiliate companies for at least one (1) year with incident free service after completing training at SBL.. 

Prior to signing any legal agreements with any applicant we will ensure the applicant is Medically qualified, has no restrictions that would prevent that person from earning the CDL.

We will also schedule a meeting with you and the Terminal Manager where you will be assigned for work after training at the Academy has been successfully completed.

This time is allotted for you and the Manager to discuss job expectations. If what you are looking for in terms of work such as over the road, regional or local matches how that terminal operates then it should be a good fit for you and the Company. 

Then we will sign formal documents and begin the training process with you
